ORDER
The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider forthwith and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2009.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has qualified B.Sc., (Home Science) decree from University of Madras and B.Ed., (Home Science) from University of Madras. It is further submitted that she has registered her educational qualification in the District Employment Exchange, Coimbatore and her registration number is W/677/1980. According to him, though the petitioner has obtained the degree in the year 1980 and registered her qualification in the employment exchange, she was not given any appointment for more than 30 years. It is further pleaded that the petitioner has made a representation dated 18.06.2009 to the respondents to fill up the existing vacancy. Though the representation was made by the petitioner on 18.06.2009, no orders have been passed so far. 3.
It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that though the petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking a direction to consider his representation dated 18.06.2009, the petitioner has not produced acknowledgement card in respect of his representation sent by her. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also stated that as on date, no representation has been received from the petitioner and therefore, he prays this Court to direct the writ petitioner to furnish a fresh representation to the third respondent and the same will be considered by them.
4. I heard the submissions of Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.E.Raniselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Considering the limited scope sought for in the writ petition, and without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the third respondent within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation being made the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation, dated 18.06.2009, by affording personal hearing to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation submitted by the petitioner thereafter.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
