Both H.M.O.P.No.1987/2013 and H.M.O.P.No.227/2013 may be jointly tried at Chennai.

The learned counsel for the respondent states that a memo of compromise between the parties had been entered into on 16.07.2014 and the H.M.O.Ps. are already settled. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
