The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.466 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the false complaint has been lodged against the petitioner and he has not connected with the crime as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is the brother of the second accused. He would further submit that there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

4. This Court considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for all the parties concerned and on perusal of the FIR, it is found that one Kannan S/o.
