ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioners to set aside the order passed in M.C.No.43/2021 dated 07.01.2023 by the learned Family Judge, Salem and enhance the maintenance amount. 1/3

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in this Criminal Revision Petition has become infructuous, as the sole respondent passed away. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the petition today.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
