ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the direction of this Court dated 29.01.2025 wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, on 12.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge passed in Crl.M.P.No.1257 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31956 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31956 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.1257 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31956 of 2024 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed.
