Application in A.No.2655 of 2023 is filed to recall P.W.1 and the Application in A.No.6484 of 2023 is filed to grant leave to the applicant to file original Engineer's report in the above Suit.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.P.W.1 is already in box. P.W.2 is an Engineer and his report has to be brought on record.

4.Considering the submissions made by the parties, in order to give a fair opportunity, this Court is inclined to allow both the applications, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) payable by the applicant to Ms.V.Nithyasri, learned counsel representing M/s.S.Ramasubramanian, learned counsel on record for the respondents on or before 22.12.2023.
