ORDER

The writ petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the third respondent in relation to the impugned transfer order Na.Ka.No.A2/213/CV/2020 dated 15.03.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2022 in light of Circular No.02/2019 dated 21.01.2019 and to provide appointment in shop No.11113

2. According to writ petitioner, he made a representation to the respondents on 16.03.2022 for transferring to shop No. 11113 in the existing vacancies and also relied upon the Circular No. 02/2019 dated 21.01.2019. The said representation is still pending and no orders have been passed. Therefore he seeks for considering his representation dated 16.03.2022.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2022 in light of the said Circular.

4. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
