(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 420 of IPC in Crime No. Not known of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the learned Magistrate, Alandhur, referred the complaint to the Police and for the same, the learned Government Advocate replied that the Police have not received any complaint from the Judicial Magistrate, Alandhur.
