W.P.No.11504 of 2022 has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant patta in the name of the petitioner for the petitioner's own property situated in Survey No.156/2B in an extent of 1296 Sq. ft. at Kovilur (M) Jamnamarathur Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District pursuant to the patta application of the petitioner dated 21.02.2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3.W.P.No.11507 of 2022 has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant patta in the name of the petitioner for the petitioner's own property situated in Survey No.69/3 in an extent of 2720 Sq. ft. at Kovilur (M) Jamnamarathur Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District pursuant to the patta application of the petitioner dated 25.02.2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.02.2022 and 25.02.2022 respectively and to grant separate patta in the name of the petitioners within the time limit as fixed by this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader fairly submitted that the representation will be considered in accordance with law within the time frame as fixed by this Court. 6.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

7.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 21.02.2022 and 25.02.2022 respectively and to grant patta, after providing opportunity to the necessary parties, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8.With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
