Seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry or investigation, the petitioner is before this Court with this Criminal Original Petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the complaint received from the counter party was registered under C.S.R.No.172 of 2020. Against which enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 17.03.2020.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
