O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the Additional District Munsif, Ginjee, Villupuram to decide OS.No.388 of 2017 expeditiously and dispose of the same.

2. The first defendant in the suit is the petitioner before this Court. She purchased the property from the second defendant/respondent. The

first respondent filed a suit for declaration of title in view of the settlement deed executed by his grand-father. Even though, the suit was filed in the year 2017, it is pending in the stage of framing issues from 08.02.2018. The trial Court is periodically adjourning the matter in view of the pendency of I.A.No.1004 of 2017 and I.A.No. 576 of 2017.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she has purchased the property for valid consideration, but due to the pendency of the suit, she could not enjoy the property and seeks early disposal of the suit.

4. On a perusal of the adjudication, it would be seen that I.A.No.1004 of 2017 is pending for the past 1 1⁄2 years without any disposal. Therefore, it is fit to issue a direction to the Additional District Munsif, Gingee to dispose of the I.A pending for more than one year.

5. Accordingly a direction is issued to the Additional District Munsif, Gingee, Villupuram to dispose of I.A.No.1004 of 2017 in OS.No.318 of 2018 pending on his file within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
