This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.29137 of 2023 on 28.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has also been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for monthly once i.e, on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
