PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate action against the 4th respondent pursuant to the enquiry report dated 18.04.2016 and recommendation letter dated 25.05.2016 in Na.Ka.No.A1/517/2016 passed by the 3rd respondent within a stipulated period.

O R D E R

Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate action against the 4th respondent pursuant to the enquiry report dated 18.04.2016 and recommendation letter dated 25.05.2016 in Na.Ka.No.A1/517/2016 passed by the 3rd respondent within a stipulated period.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the Block Development Officer has issued show cause notice to the 4th respondent and based on that the final orders has been passed and found that no misappropriation.

3. In such view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. The petitioner may seek for a copy of the order from the authoriities concerned as per law.

4. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as no further orders are required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
