The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 484 days in filing this Criminal Revision.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed to allow this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed with a direction to the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) to the respondent as cost.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order after perusal of the payment of cost.
