Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to forthwith survey and fix boundaries for the lands of the petitioners measuring 0.13 cents in Survey No.211/2, the land measuring 0.22 cents in Survey No.212/9A, the land measuring 0.37 cents in Survey No.211/3A, totalling 72 cents at Zameen Pallavaram Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, by considering and passing orders on the application of the petitioners dated 07.07.2020.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 07.07.2020 and conduct a survey and fix boundary stones, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondent on instructions submitted that the application filed by the petitioners has been taken on file and the enquiry is fixed on 17.08.2020 at 11 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the process of survey based on the application and documents submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
