The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the above criminal revision against the order dated 01.11.2023 in M.C.No.56 of 2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram.

2. Mr.R.Aranganathan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent and submitted that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.
