O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2014 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai.

2.According to the petitioner, even though the relief prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition is for a speedy disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2014 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A. No.43 of 2015 pending before the Court below. 3.By considering the submissions and facts made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits, directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
