The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking expeditious hearing of the suit O.S.No.55 of 2017 pending on the file of the

P.T.ASHA, J., mrn learned District Munsif, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District. It is seen that from 12.06.2018 to 21.09.2018, the matter has been posted for issues and ultimately on 28.09.2018, issues have also been framed. The learned Judge is directed to take appropriate steps to ensure appearance of the defendants or else to proceed to set them ex parte and proceed with the suit by disposing the same on or before 31.08.2019. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above directions.
