Mr.K.Karthik Jagannathan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents 1 to 5 and 8 to 10, submits that G.O.Ms.No.56, Revenue LD5(2) Department, dated 04.02.2016, was challenged earlier in WP No.13282 of 2019 and the said writ petition was dismissed by this Court under its judgment and order dated 09.11.2022.

3. In light of the said statement, the present writ petition also stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.12272 to 12274 of 2020 are closed.
