This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 24.10.2019 made in W.P.No.21246 of 2019. 2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that as per the order of this Court dated 24.10.2019 made in W.P.No.21246 of 2019, the third respondent considered the pension proposal and passed appropriate orders on 21.02.2020 and the said order was also communicated to the learned counsel on record for the petitioner through Whatsapp. Hence, no adjudication is necessary in this petition. 2/3
