ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the impugned demand notice passed by the first respondent / the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Thiruvannamalai, in E.P.No.41/2007-08 - S.C.No.05/05-06, dated 01.06.2015, whereby his son Mr.Moorthy, who is working as Clerk in the second respondent society, was asked to pay a sum of Rs.22,46,805/- towards his due.

2. It is seen that though the said impugned demand notice has been issued to one Mr.Moorthy, the petitioner herein, who is father of said Moorthy, filed the writ petition challenging the same. When such issue was pointed out to the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, he sought for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file the same in the name of Moorthy. Giving such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
