A.No.2407 of 2023 in C.S.No.81 of 2023 R.N.MANJULA,J.

By an order dated 14.08.2023, the respondents were directed to furnish security for a sum of Rs.1,25,67,470/-. But thereafter, when the matter was posted on 29.08.2023, the learned counsel for the respondents had given an undertaking that they will not alienate the property and also sought further time to furnish security. Time was extended by an order dated 13.09.2023. Now the order stands to the effect that the respondents have to furnish security and the time to furnish security has been extended in view of the undertaking given by the respondents that they will not alienate the property.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the respondents filed an affidavit by undertaking that they will not alienate the property. However, the respondents did not furnish security as ordered by this Court earlier. That was the submission made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff as well.
