This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2443 of 2024 on 06.02.2024 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once for six months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
