By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner of the property situated in Survey No.136/8 at Mettumangalam Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, by means of a registered sale deed, dated 10.01.1994, and is in possession of the property from that date onwards. She would further state that the said property was also subjected to various statutory levies. She approached the second respondent in the form of a representation, dated 13.03.2015, praying for issuance of patta, and since she has not been favoured with any kind of response, she has come forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 13.03.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
