This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and her property, on the basis of the complaint dated 23.04.2022.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent Police has taken the complaint and called the second respondent for enquiry regarding the same.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent undertaken that he will not interfere with the possession of the petitioner.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further order is required in this case. In the event of any such encroachment of the possession likely to be happened by the second respondent, the respondent 2/4
