Crl.O.P.No.8921 of 2024 Crl.O.P.No. 8921 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, is pending before the respondent police.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent police to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
