[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the Statutory Revision filed U/s 153 of Tamil Nadu Coop. Societies Act 1983 by the petitioners on 25.6.2015, within a stipulated time as this Court may fix.

As the issue lies in a narrow compass, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.In view of the limited scope of the prayer made by the petitioners viz. to direct the first respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition dated 25.06.2015, filed under section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass orders on the Revision Petition, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of the Revision Petition, the second respondent is directed not to fill up the posts of Helper and Welder in their Society, by sending out the existing Helpers and Welders. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
