On perusal of the order under challenge reveals that the interim injunction restraining the respondent from alienating or encumbering the suit property was granted till 16.04.2019. Thus, the validity of the interim order granted by the trial court expired and thus no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the civil miscellaneous appeals. The parties are at liberty to works out their remedy in the manner known to law.

With these observations, the civil miscellaneous appeals stand closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
