Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in G.O.(D) No.394 Public Works E1 Department dated 24.07.2007 and G.O.D.No.265 Public Works E1 Department, dated 20.07.2009 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in to service and grant such other further relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
