O R D E R

Aggrieved by the impugned order dated 28.03.2017 passed by the District Collector, Salem, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking quashment of the same seeking a direction to the respondents to declare the sub-division made in the subject property and also to forbear the respondents from alienating the said property in any manner.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner through (V.C) stating that this Writ Petition has already been disposed of by this Court vide common order dated 04.11.2020 in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.17248, 19258, 32091 & 33667 of 2018 etc., nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
