The Writ Petitioner presented the above miscellaneous petition at the time of filing the writ petition, seeking an interim direction directing the respondent to release 50% of the accumulated earned leave standing to his credit as also the 85 days of unearned leave on private affairs with full salary.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that at present, he is not pressing the aforesaid relief.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
