This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.1/2022 in I.A.No.274/2012 in O.S.No.27/1989, dated 20.01.2023 by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. This matter is de-linked from CRP No.2525/2023.

When the matter is listed for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, inview of the subsequent development that the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiffs and the defendants have been impleaded, the prayer sought for in the civil revision petition has become infructous. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
