ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2017 and provide police protection to the petitioner for remove the illegal encroachment of the petitioner's land.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection to enjoy his property in peaceful and profitable manner. Now, almost two and half years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
