As the issue lies in a narrow compass, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner was dismissed from service on 17.12.2013, by the second respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 29.01.2014. Since no order was passed on the said Appeal, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, for disposal of the Appeal filed by him. 3.In view of the limited scope of the prayer made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the Appeal preferred by the petitioner dated 29.01.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
