ORDER

Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 15.04.2019, the revision petitioner has filed an affidavit of undertaking to vacate the premises on or before 31.03.2020 and undertaking to pay the monthly rental without any demur. The issue of fixation of fair rent subjudice in the fair rent proceedings in XI Small Causes Court, Chennai, in R.C.O.P.No.35 of 2018, is left open. The respondent shall not sublet the property to any third party. The affidavit of undertaking has been recorded on the above terms. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
