ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.D.Padmanabhan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The present revision petition was filed against the order passed by Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, directing pre-deposit of Rs.20 Lakh.

3. Interim order was passed, and from time to time, the same was extended.

4. The matter has been adjourned on the ground that the parties are trying to settle the matter.

5. Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not in a position to deposit the amount.

6. On the last date, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, we adjourned the matter as last chance, so as to enable them to make deposit of the amount.

7. As the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner could not deposit the amount, the revision petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.9533 of 2019 is closed.
