O R D E R
The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10372 of 2019, dated 11.08.2022, complaint registered in Crime No.516 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet and same has been taken on file in C.C.No.59 of 2023.
2. The Learned Counsel for the contempt petitioner submitted that the main perpetrator of the crime, who is the person in charge of the bank but they are not arrayed as accused in the final report. If, he has any grievance over the final report, it is open to him to get redressed in the manner known to law.
3. In so far as, the contempt petition is concerned, since the order of this Court been complied, this Court finds nothing warrants to proceed against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act. Hence, this Contempt Petition No.1187 of 2023 is closed.
