Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to give permission to conduct the dance programme in the event of Arulmighu Shree Mariamman and Shree Pidariamman temple festival to be held on 11.07.2015, situated at Sevinthipatti Post, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 03.07.2015.

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims to be the organizer of temple festival of Arulmighu Shree Mariamman and Shree Pidariamman temple, situated at Seinthipatti Post, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District and while conducting temple festival, song and dance programme is scheduled to be performed on 11.07.2015 and in this regard, submitted a representation dated 03.07.2015 to the respondents seeking permission and since, he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem and obscenity and vulgarity will not be there and hence, prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents.
5. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2015, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law on or before 10.07.2015 and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
