Since the convict prisoner has not completed one year of imprisonment after she was granted leave by this Court in W.P.No.32937 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024, for the period between 18.11.2024 and 23.11.2024, she would be ineligible to avail leave as contemplated under Rule 22(3) of the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982. 2.This Writ Petition Stands dismissed accordingly.
