Application Nos.3120 and 3122 of 2019 in Application No.7341 of 2018 in C.S.No.294 of 2018 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.

These Applications are filed for the following reliefs: Application No.3120 of 2019 Application filed seeking for a direction to give police assistance for the petitioner's effective and safe (Execution of Warrant issued by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2018 in A.7341 and 7342 of 2018 in O.A.Nos.470 and 471 of 2018 in C.S.No.294 of 2018, which was modified by the Division Bench vide its order dated 01/03/2019 in O.S.A.Nos.14 and 15 of 2019.

Application No.3122 of 2019 To allow the Advocate Commissioner to hand over the seized infringing products of the Defendants to the custody of this Court upon execution of Warrant issued by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2018 in A.Nos.7341 and 7342 of 2018 in O.A.Nos.470 and 471 of 2018 in C.S.No.294 of 2018, which was modified by the Division Bench of this Court vide its order dated 01/03/2019 in O.S.A.Nos.14 and 15 of 2019.

The Applicant/Advocate Commissioner submitted that he had inspected the premises of the 2nd and 3rd Respondents herein at Srivilliputhur and Gujarat and took inventory of the stocks of the infringed products and filed his Report before this Court on 25.10.2018. He seeks direction of this Court to extend the assistance of the jurisdictional police to enable him seize the offending materials identified by him, and keep the infringed goods in lock and key in a separate room in the premises of the respective Defendants and hand over the key to the Court. http://www.judis.nic.in

Taking note of the above submissions, these Applications are allowed as prayed for and the keys shall be handed over to this Court to be retained by the Registry till further orders are passed in the Civil Suit. 24.04.2019 (aeb) Note to Registry:
