ORDER

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's wife viz., Suriya, daughter of Ramana Gounder, aged about 21 years, before this Court from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and set her at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died on 13.08.2021.

Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
