This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27203 of 2023 dated 01.12.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
