COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the orders dated 16.03.2022 passed in I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2022 in O.S.No.416 of 2018 on the file of the First Additional District Munsif Court, Salem.
2. Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the civil revision petitioner, these civil revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
