This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent to take proper action on the basis of the petitioner's representation in the form of complaint dated 19.08.2015 made to the first respondent herein on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2014 made to the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 19.08.2015 by post. The petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 19.08.2015 to the respondent Police in person and the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
