This Contempt Petition has been filed on the ground that the order dated 09.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2769 of 2021 has not been complied with by the Respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by learned Additional Government Pleader that in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 09.02.2021 in W.P.No.2769 of 2021, the 1st Respondent has passed the order dated 15.03.2023 vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.479/2020.Sa.u.thi/A1 and the same has been communicated to the Petitioner.
