ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.03.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 354C, 354D of IPC, Section 12 of POCSO Act and 66E, 67A of IT Act and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.147 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has taken obscene video not only the defacto complainant, when she was taking bath, but also taking video of her daughter when she was also taking bath and said to have transmitted the video to his friends through email. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is in custody from 07.03.2021 and seeks bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposes this petition on the ground that the petitioner has taken obscene videos of the daughter and mother while they were taking bath and prays for dismissal of this petition.

5. Taking note of the allegations against the petitioner that he had taken obscene videos of the defacto complainant and her daughter while they were taking bath and circulated to his friends through e-mail, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
