Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondents to retain the 23 marks secured by the student S.Parthasarathy out of 150 marks in the subject Biology theory examination conducted by the 1st respondent in March 2015 and declare the student S.Parthasarathy failed in the subject Biology theory examination.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 2.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
