The petitioner is a School and filed the present writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to change the Election booth from the petitioner's School to some other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
place, by stating that they face some difficulties in allowing the School to be the Election booth for the forthcoming local body election. But, the petitioner has not addressed the request to the concerned Election Commission. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to address their grievance before the concerned Election Commission. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
