By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner submitted an application dated 05.03.2015 to allot flat No.443, situated in Thandayar Nagar, Teynampet at Navalar Nagar, Thandayarpet, Chennai as she and her family are residing in the said flat from the year 2000 and she also belongs to weaker sections of the Society and since the respondents did not pass orders on the said application, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.B.Kesavan, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Court, in the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 05.03.2015 on merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
