O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of Letters of Administration for the estate of the deceased Vasumathi Chandrasekaran who died on 30.04.2008.

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay 2.The petitioner is the son of the deceased and the respondent is the husband of the deceased. The petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of Vasumathi Chandrasekaran as Ex.P.4. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P.5.

3.From the above, it is seen that the said Vasumathi Chandrasekaran left behind the petitioner and the respondent as her legal heirs. The respondent Mr.R.Chandrasekaran, husband of the deceased has filed consent affidavit for grant of Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner.

4.In view of the same, this petition is allowed for granting Letters of administration in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000/-.
